Kirk House
Kirk House is a self-proclaimed Arkansan Texan, with a heart that’s one part Arkansas and one part Texas, and wholly full of love and soul. Growing up singing in church, Kirk credits his late grandfather, Clarence House, for instilling in him a passion for music that still drives him today.
While his early roots were firmly planted in gospel music, Kirk’s sound has since evolved to encompass a range of genres. You can’t box him in: he’s country, he’s rock, he’s blues, he’s soul, and so much more.
Kirk’s voice and subtle guitar work are guaranteed to leave you wanting more, and his live performances are nothing short of high-energy and wholly engaging. “Don’t just listen,” says Kirk. “Feel it, touch it, and hold on tight, because I’m going to take you on a journey!”
Over the years, Kirk has played in honky-tonks, fairs, festivals, and special events throughout the country. In Texas alone, he has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in the business, including Stoney LaRue, Eli Young, Josh Ward, American Aquarium, Micky and the Motorcars, Aaron Watson, Roger Creager, Samantha Fish, and Kevin Fowler to name a few.
